Our Guarantee: At Kakookies, we are committed to crafting wholesome and delicious cookies made with clean, simple ingredients.   We prioritize using "better-for-you" ingredients that help energize you and keep you satisfied.

If the unthinkable happens and you receive an incorrect order or a damaged package, please send an email with associated pictures to info@kakookies.com within 5 days of receiving your product. We will simply send you a new shipment. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than an incorrect or damaged shipment.

Shipping:  We typically ship USPS priority mail (2-3 day delivery).   We do our best to process your order in a timely manner.   Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for US postal weekend or holiday delays.  Once your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier, you will receive a tracking email.

Kakookies is not responsible for returned packages due to invalid addresses.  It is the customers responsibility to type in accurate and deliverable addresses.
